Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. What a great experience. Chucky D is incredible! I was an out of state customer and he went out of his way to assist in the process to include mailing the paperwork to me to Chucky D is incredible! I was an out of state customer and he went out of his way to assist in the process to include mailing the paperwork to me to allow my wife to be on the title. They even expedited the paperwork to get me out for my 6 hour drive back home. A special thank you to Tricia who handled my registration paperwork. The service dept is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They go the extra mile to help you . Christy always takes great care of me and my car. Harry comes through when needed.
