Thank you for your input on this survey, we always try and satisfy our customers. You did same survey on google and Had harry call you and left a message. Like i said on google I looked into you complaint and found that we looked at you vehicle and noted the noise coming from you brake pads and were not covered by any warranty. we explained you had plenty of brake pad left and it was very safe. The adviser was under the impression that since it was safe and it was a costly maiantance repair that you decided not to proceed. If you want to have me contact Cadillac on your behave and try to cover some of the repairs for you please call me . I am available anytime . repost over and over will not help.. thank you again

parts were on back order and was not in dealerships control. we had General motors involved but they could not even help because of vender issue. you know it has nothing to do with ownership and you disserve better but again we had no control. if you would like to understand and talk about more. please call me.. if you do understand please remove post..
