Why do they list prices in the local paper but then tell you that price is $3000. below what they want for the vehicle. They said to read the fine print. Which is VERY FINE. Also, this dealership doesn’t live up to a Cadillac dealership. Pretty run down and not very clean. Had an apt for 9am to have 4 tires put on, they didn’t start on it for an hour. Took about 2 1/2 hours. When we bought the vehicle Mark mentioned all the things the dealer does including a loaner but when we asked for one we couldn’t get one because we didn’t buy a Cadillac. More

Service Dept. was outstanding! A representative named Steve was the most polite & professional of any dealership employee I have ever encountered. Being from out of town, I anti A representative named Steve was the most polite & professional of any dealership employee I have ever encountered. Being from out of town, I anticipated a bit of a struggle but he listened intently, went out to the vehicle & gave me a time line for a recall & an issue I had with with a QUE system that was not working properly. He called me daily & explained that the Cadillac Co. would only charge me a minimal amount for a CUE replacement unit. The recall part was back ordered, but when I return back to Florida in the fall it will be changed. I was completely satisfied & Thanks for a wonderful experience. Bob Chandler More
