Motor home was sold with customer knowing that the Generator did not work. The 2500 was for that reason. this was disclosed and understood.

At that time we had someone on vacation and we had someone helping the best he could so Steve was not overwhelmed. Although I am not sure what had happened or know what was said I assure you it would happen again. We normal maintain excellent customer service. again we are sorry for you last visit perception.

We very sorry you had a negative experience purchasing that car. unfortunately the day you put a down payment on the car GM had put a recall on it and we could not let it go over curb. We tried very hard to find out when they were going to release the parts but still today it has not been released. I am just glad that Rick found you another car that we were able to purchase and get you in. Again we are really sorry you had to go through that.
