Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Sales personnel outstanding Although the sales department is superb, the two men at the service desk need to work elsewhere, This is not Cadillac service. They argue between themselves, tell us, the customers, to go take care of ourselves and forget to include everything in the work orders. I will probably need to go elsewhere for service, what a shame as The cars, the sales staff, that business office are all top notch! My suggestion is tha the service staff needs supervision.
