Entire Customer Service staff was friendly, communicative, and answered all my questions. There were several unexpected repairs needed for my 2012 Cadillac SRX, and they explained the need for communicative, and answered all my questions. Good service, but concerned that it cost $200 to not find a coolant leak in the a/c. Recharge the system with coolant and dye.
