Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Got my appointment within a week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wait was long but took care to check my concerns. Had to order the parts to fix. I'm really disappointed in the parts department. They ordered the wrong part. Both times that I've ordered something they have never called to let me know. Spent 2 hours there the last time to have They ordered the wrong part. Both times that I've ordered something they have never called to let me know. Spent 2 hours there the last time to have the part replaced, which was not supposed to take long, for them to inform me it was the wrong part. They had the correct part overnighted and still haven't heard from them. The service department has been great about washing the car and finding out the part was defective. More
