Tony is great to work with and Travis took excellent care of me when I ruined my tire. of me when I ruined my tire. More
The maintenance on the car is excellent, which is why I took it in. My problem is more with the customer service. For the maintenance cost, I expect more. I made an appointment online, which was great. But took it in. My problem is more with the customer service. For the maintenance cost, I expect more. I made an appointment online, which was great. But when I made my appointment, I asked for somebody to give me a call with the estimated cost and time it would take since my last appointment was kind of a shock with both time (2 hours) and cost ($1,000+). I never received a call. I also asked specifically for a car wash and interior clean since the last time I took it in for service (the time before this); they told me I was getting that, and it barely looked like they washed the outside, and the inside wasn't touched whatsoever. I thought to myself, maybe I was mistaken, and by car cleaning, they meant just the exterior? In addition to asking for the above while booking my appointment, I made sure I could get a loaner car since I have a nine-year-old who has ADHD, and my last 2-hour appointment with her at the dealership was torture for us both. Day of, I get to the dealership. I let the lack of an estimate go and proceeded to ask for the cost and time. They give it to me. I ask for my rental, and they state they have no more. I told them I had an appointment to be at, and I purposely booked this appointment over a month in advance solely to make sure I could get a rental car. After a few moments, they suddenly see where I booked the rental car. I let this slide too. Before I leave, I make sure to ask again for a car wash inside and out, and ill pay extra if necessary. They state, no, it comes with your service. Fantastic. They said I had to put the same amount of gas in the rental car as when I received it; ok, deal, and I'm on my way. I take a picture of the gas to make sure I fill it back up correctly, and I go. I pick my car up at the end of the day, and I can already see bugs still on the front grill. I let it go again. I got into my car, and the only thing done on the interior cleaning was that they kind of vacuumed the mats. Not under the mats, just the top... The mosquito I killed on the inside of my front windshield was still there and smeared just like I left it. This is now the third time I've gone to the dealership, asked for a cleaning -which you would think would be the best clean, since they clean cars every day to sell, and nothing was done when I was willing to pay on top of the $1,500 I just spent on maintenance. I specifically asked for an inside-out clean twice because 1.) I live in a condo in the city. 2.) Car washes are not as easy to find as you would think. 3.) When you do find one, there is always a line going into the street. 4.) They are not that great and could potentially scratch my car. 5.) I am a single mom; I'm not going to stand in the middle of Atlanta with my daughter, extension cord, and vacuum. Lastly, I filled the rental car back up. I actually overfilled it with premium gas from when I received it, and a few days later, the dealership charged me for gas. I have a picture of where the gas was when I left the dealership with the rental. I have to say, at this point, I'm not surprised. When I get a new car, I'm going back to Land Rover. I've never had any problem with them and have always had a wonderful experience. When I got a Porsche, I was expecting to be blown away, but after owning this car for four years, I have had a negative experience every time I go into the dealership other than the day I bought the car. All they care about is selling you a car. This is the last time I ever get service done at the dealership, and I'm already looking to trade it into Land Rover. More

The service was good. The recall items was a challenge because I had just purchased the vehicle the week before. So it did impact the impression of my overall experience. This is a certified vehicle that because I had just purchased the vehicle the week before. So it did impact the impression of my overall experience. This is a certified vehicle that I purchased so I thought I would not have these challenges. I noted that I was having concerns regarding the starter with mild hesitation issues when starting the car at the top of the day. I will be taking it back because I am still experiencing that concern. Other concern noted was regarding ants coming out to the vents and engine area....still having this as a challenge as well. I think it may have been in your warehouse and somehow these ants are still there. Just did not come through as a great experience between week 1 and week 2 of owner a "dream car" for me. The employees were great, it just happen to be my first porsche experience. More
