I had a AC repair and could not get in for 3 WEEKS!!! I was extremely disappointed with Porsche and my dealer Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I couldn't even get a loaner as they were out of loaners! I expected was extremely disappointed with Porsche and my dealer Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I couldn't even get a loaner as they were out of loaners! I expected better. I will have to rethink this brand and this dealer before I buy my next car. More

Excellent service and customer service as usual but your next available appointments are to extended. It should not take 4 weeks for a key fob programming appointment after the fob arrived to your dealershi next available appointments are to extended. Total time to receive the fob and the programming was 7 weeks which is unacceptable for your brand in my opinion. More
