He was extremely helpful during and after the sale, making sure my wife was totally comfortable with any and all controls of the vehicle, and that keys, mobile phone, blue tooth, seat settings, and garage door controls were functioning as desired before we left. He made it abundantly clear several times that we could and absolutely should call him after the sale with any questions whatsoever. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.
