Importantly, he is a true believer in the Porsche product as demonstrated by his ownership of two Porsches and for me, as a current owner of five vehicles of this brand, he answered a couple of my more technical questions knowledgeably. He was extremely helpful during and after the sale, making sure my wife was totally comfortable with any and all controls of the vehicle, and that keys, mobile phone, blue tooth, seat settings, and garage door controls were functioning as desired before we left. He made it abundantly clear several times that we could and absolutely should call him after the sale with any questions whatsoever. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. It was a pleasant and professional experience. We will be calling Tommy Walter when we decide to purchase our next Porsche. More

Brought Panamera in to get the rear wheels painted. When it was done, I asked the service writer if he inspected the car. He said yes. Either he lied, or he was ok with the spots that were missed on the whe it was done, I asked the service writer if he inspected the car. He said yes. Either he lied, or he was ok with the spots that were missed on the wheels. We left the car there for the job to be completed correctly. When we went back again to pick up the car, there were a couple of spots that were still not painted, and overspray on the caliper, partially covering the “Porsche” on the caliper. I emailed the service writer, service manager and GM. No response More
