Professional Very efficient and professional people. Tony was careful to explain exactly what work would be done on the car and how much it would cost up front. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Ball dropped on two fronts. 1)I had to reschedule a ding repair multiple times because dealership was misinformed when ding specialist would be available. dropped on two fronts. 1)I had to reschedule a ding repair multiple times because dealership was misinformed when ding specialist would be available. Ultimately, was told ding could not be repaired. Wasted morning for me. 2) Was told that new tow hitch install for my Cayenne would cost about $1300. Upon arrival for install, learned that there was $1500 additional cost for labor. My time and the dealerships time could have been avoided had the total cost been communicated up front. Over $2800 for a $660 new car option. I chose not to do the install even though I'm also out $1000 on bike rack that I no longer can use. In top of all that, the service dept initially wouldn't assure to me that new hitch wouldn't interfere with rear tailgate sensor. This is not rocket science! More

One of the smoothest low stress car purchases I have ever done. I am a busy person and had little time to waste going back and forth. Duffy got the deal done with my time constraints. Joe did an amazing job of showing the car to my wife and educating us on why the Cayenne purchase was the right car for us. Highly recommend both Joe Osorio and Duffy Elliott to anyone shopping for a car at this dealership. Things began to go south almost immediately after the purchase order was signed. My credit application was misplaced. The vehicle was found to have a nail in the tire (thus it could not be delivered when promised). The finance manager (Carol Duster) seemed very disorganized and frankly borderline incompetent. She asked me questions that she should have known the answers to, then responded "I am just the finance manager, you need to ask the sales staff that question" when my response was that she should know the answer. Certainly does not give a customer a sense of confidence! CAROL'S KNOWLEDGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE SERIOUSLY LACKING. The new car sales manager (Wyll) initially came off as a decent enough man. Once problems arose with delivery of the vehicle and the confusion/ineptness in the finance department he became an aggressive, rude, condescending man. He clearly does not believe that the customer is always right and rather than trying to defuse the situation threw "gasoline" on it with his tone and aggressive/condescending lecture to me. Hard to believe that I was talked to like I was a child as I was signing paperwork to hand over 90k to him. WYLL DICKENSON NEEDS SOME SERIOUS RE-EDUCATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have found out that he has only been in the role of New Car Sales Manager a short time, he obviously was promoted to a job in excess of his skill set. Finally, I must comment on what a breath of fresh air Eric Mihelich was. He heard me out and "owned" the multiple errors made by his employees. There is a reason he has lasted 30 years in this industry, he gets the concept of customer service. More

I called Parts Dept on 1/16, made appointment to have parts installed for 1/27. On arrival at 10:30, service tech had no info regarding parts ordered, told me to wait while he got an estimate on the installation. About 2 hours later gave me the estimate, I approved and parts were installed. At conclusion he advised a wrong part was ordered which was more expensive than what I needed. He credited the difference. When I got the car back , at 1:45, the main reason for the repair was not installed. I went back in to ask - turns out a wrong part, (a windscreen) was ordered and installed. The needed part was never ordered. They installed a new windscreen, took out the one that was there, and no one ever verified that the part was what I needed. Service tech supposed to order needed part for the head-rest and call me for installation. That was yesterday and I'm still waiting. In the meantime they took out a perfectly good part, charged me over $300 for a new one, now want to charge me for the needed part, and take out the new windscreen. But, they've not spoken about resolving getting back the old, undamaged windscreen, crediting me for the new one and installation, and actually getting the right stuff done. There has been no quality control check done during any step of this situation. I don't know if all the service techs are this disengaged and non-communicative or if it is just this one. At this point I feel the service is abominable. More

I would suggest Porsche consider a service that when Porsche is at fault that you have employee return repaired auto and take back loaner...your competition does that in Buckhead... Not all customers are equal...you were servicing my Panamera and I recently purchased a new Macon. Joseph Ronchettij More
