From the initial email from Rey Gordillo to dealing with Jay Flynn, it was a truly pleasurable experience at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Rey is so warm & friendly, you want to immediately adopt him into your Jay Flynn, it was a truly pleasurable experience at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Rey is so warm & friendly, you want to immediately adopt him into your family. Rey took the time to follow up with a call instead of an email just to make sure everything is being handled the way it should. The day had him so busy and he kept taking the time to swing by to check in. Jay is an all around nice guy that truly enjoys his job and it shows. Any questions about a Porsche he can answer before a Turbo S can hit 60 mph! This is a guy you can chat about anything with while he performs his duties flawlessly. Jay is a true professional and checks facts before replying to you - a trait not many have and I appreciate that a lot. Brian Westbrook in the F&I office is warm, friendly & sincere in the closing section of the deal. I truly appreciate the openness & transparent manner in which he operates. I was offered top-of-the-market trade in value for my car and that spoke volumes and made this a deal easy to make. These times are truly unique for the Porsche brand and it was kismet that this happened at the time it did. My car never got a chance to be marketed on the website! Great work Rey! Right on time for Christmas and what a way to close out a fantastic year. While I have only driven my Cayman 68 miles so far, I am positive there will be many more miles to come. I can't wait to schedule my second orientation to understand all the features in more depth. Jay has already reached out regarding it. I feel like I have made friends for life at this dealership and I will continue to keep in touch with all involved with this purchase. I am a Porsche fan for life and now that I own one I will be a Porsche driver for the rest of my life! Porsche Atlanta Perimeter has earned a loyal customer for life. My wife is already eying a Macan for her next car! Thank you very much Rey, Jay & Brian for everything. By the way, the facilities are great. A nice coffee bar is available and all around the staff is pleasant & courteous, never stepping in front of you and smiling all afternoon. I greatly appreciate that and it goes to show that management has a great respect for customer service and it shows. More
