Time expectations not met. I am out of warranty, but have continued to go to this dealer and pay more because of service and respect for my time. This visit, I was prepared for four hour wait based on my call with the scheduler. The total time ended up being 6.5 hours which blew up my evening plans with my wife. She was not happy. From the moment I arrived I could tell the service coordinator was not comfortable with their ability to hit that timing. he tried to overcome the issue but did not. I will like I go elsewhere next time. More
