A First-class experience that’s just short of perfect Ever since I purchased my Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid I’ve been bringing it to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for service. Tony Betancourt is my service profe Ever since I purchased my Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid I’ve been bringing it to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for service. Tony Betancourt is my service professional, and he’s extremely courteous and is honest about needed repairs which is refreshing in the dealership world. The dealership itself is everything you’d expect from a luxury car dealership: clean, modern, equipped with a confesses bar and courtesy snacks. The picture window that peers into the mechanical garage where you can see your vehicle being serviced is a nice touch. Everyone is extremely friendly, down to the service technicians that drive, service and wash your vehicle. So why only 4 stars? I am a hard grader, for one, but second, the service charges are astronomical, and there’s no getting around that fact. Luxury or not, $2000 for a routine service when nothing else is wrong with your vehicle is mind-blowing. I did know what I was getting into with buying a Porsche, so maybe the joke’s on me. :-) More
