Great dealership. A pleasure to work with. I have worked with many of the staff here, starting when they were in sales and are now managers. You know a dealership is excellent when you see such longevity. I was able to purchase another vehicle from Chad. There has been constant communication throughout and I KNOW he will stand by his promises as he has in the past. He has made sure that we are happy with our vehicle and that any questions or concerns are taken care of. This isn't the last vehicle we will purchase from them as I will return in the future. I also recommend them to my colleagues as I know they won't dissapoint. It is a 5 hour drive from us, but well worth the trip. More

Worst experience ever We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end of my car. Their answer to that was we will fix it or u just dont buy it after i signed all paper work and spend 3 days with them thinking i found a car for my family. They didnt want to lower the price at all. Telling me if you dont want it someone else will. I came to pick up the car after it was repaired nobody of the managers wanted to talk to me they send a saleperson to deliver the car to me who i never saw in my life. Nobody even said congratulations on your car like the whole situation was my fault. More
