The order process and the price negotiation went smoothly through a few phone calls and text messages. There was no hustle and bustle of selling us any adds-on. About ten days before the delivery date, Chad sent the paperwork with returning envelope to us, and the instructions were well marked on each page. Once I’d decided exactly what I wanted, configuring and ordering my new 718 Boxster was very easy. The car was built, shipped, and delivered to the dealership only 74 days after I placed the order. Duffy kept me advised on status the whole time and was very responsive and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Brian Westbrook in finance was also very helpful in explaining all of the various additional protection packages. I wanted all-weather floor mats and a car cover as well, and the parts department gave me a 15% discount just for buying a new car. More
