Chandler is extremely personable, patient, and knowledgeable; he went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. When our work schedules conflicted with dealership hours, Chandler offered to come to our home after hours to get the car delivered and the necessary purchase documents signed. Since we were unfamiliar with the features on the car that we purchased, Chandler set aside time to give us a thorough in-service with our new vehicle, prior to our driving it off of the lot. First few weeks the sun visor anchor broke and waited until 1st service (6 months) to report this. Jim Ellis Porsche said it’s NOT covered under warranty and would be ~$130.00 to replace. I paid it but very upset that Porsche does not stand behind a new car defective part that is clearly not well made. Emailed Porsche corporate. Have heard nothing. This is my 3rd Porsche but clearly my last. So many other great choices these days. Very disappointing. More
I am quite disappointed with my recent and only experience with this dealership. I brought my car in for a professional diagnosis of a whistle noise on the driver's side of my Taycan and the techs experience with this dealership. I brought my car in for a professional diagnosis of a whistle noise on the driver's side of my Taycan and the techs did a casual and non-thorough diagnosis and concluded, without testing, that the problem was from the windshield which was installed by another dealer. I then spent $4500 to replace the windshield which did not fix the problem. This dealer gave me the car back without even doing a quality control check of their work which would have let them know that the problem was not fixed. The service advisor never called but simply returned my text asking me when I could bring it back in but he did not even respond to my answer. More
