We'd been thinking, although not particularly seriously, of replacing one of our family vehicles but at the urging and recommendation of a friend we set up an appointment with Kyle Ng to look at the new 202 of replacing one of our family vehicles but at the urging and recommendation of a friend we set up an appointment with Kyle Ng to look at the new 2024 Cayenne, really out of product curiosity. The Porsche brand sells itself so our buying decision was easily reached but we were professionally assisted and supported in the build, purchase and delivery process by Kyle. Kyle's knowledge, experience and patience were invaluable assets of which we took full advantage! We couldn't be happier with our total experience at this dealership but particularly with Brand Ambassador, Kyle Ng. I want to also make mention of Zion Briggs, Product Specialist, a young gentleman with a very bright future. He conducted my orientation on delivery of the Cayenne. Zion is knowledgeable, articulate and professional with the patience of Job! In fact every staff member of PAP with whom we have had contact has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. More

I have purchased from 5 different Porsche dealerships and I thought Porsche Burlingame was the worst. But Porsche Atlanta Perimeter set a new low. They are an embarrassment to the Porsche brand. I have trus I thought Porsche Burlingame was the worst. But Porsche Atlanta Perimeter set a new low. They are an embarrassment to the Porsche brand. I have trusted other dealerships to deliver what they showed and sold me when purchasing remotely. This dealership delivered a car with scratches, peeling PPF and a chipped windshield. I had asked for them to identify anyfinish issues and they told me there were none. Mind you, this is in a 2022 with only a few thousand miles. They didn’t communicate well, I always had to make the outreach, and to date I am still waiting for things they had promised. Do yourself a favor and go to a Porsche dealership that knows what the Porsche experience should be. These guys don’t deserve your business. More
