Tony Betancourt and the service team are great. Annual service and new tires this time. Tony sent me tire choices in 3 different price ranges 2 weeks out from the appointment and had the tires ready when service and new tires this time. Jonathan, Several weeks ago, I scheduled a service appointment online and received an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation. One week before the appointment date, I received a reminder text and email. Two days before the appointment date, I received a final email and text reminder (see 3 email attachments). When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that there was no record of it in your system and that it would be at least a week or two before anybody could service my car. Nobody apologized or tried to figure out the issue or offer any kind of assistance at all. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Due to previous service issues I had there, you gave me a $500 credit earlier this year (see attached email), and now this happened! Between my wife and I, we have four Porsches. After this latest experience, I’m never bringing any of them back to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for for service (or going there for new car sales). I’ve gotten better and more professional service when I took my teenage daughter’s car to the Hyundai dealer. I expect much more from Porsche. You can keep the previous credit you already gave me in February, and I’ll take my business to Hennessy; I’ve never had any issues there. There’s nothing you can do now to regain my trust or my business, and I’m not asking for anything. I’m only letting you know of my experience so you can be aware and prevent it from happening to anyone else. More
