Slight issue with them not fixing a problem and having to take the vehicle back. The front wheels were out of balance causing a shake on the highway. They balanced the wheels but it still shook. This was my first service visit (oil change) with this dealership and with this car. Craig was knowledge and courteous and was so understanding when I showed up a day later than scheduled visit (my mista dealership and with this car. Craig was knowledge and courteous and was so understanding when I showed up a day later than scheduled visit (my mistake). He diplomatically said: "we were expecting you yesterday but can take the car now". The waiting area is pleasant and Craig kept me updated on progress. First oil service is free so can't comment on price. He gave me contact info for any questions. A great start at in the Service Center at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. More
