I found Sergey argumentative and not helpful. He first claimed he could not even see the issue. He then claimed it was not covered under the CPO warranty. After a 40,000 mile service which cost around $3,600 ( with les then 30,000 actual miles, I drove to my mountain home and when I turned on my windshield wipers and and the newly installed passenger side w with les then 30,000 actual miles, I drove to my mountain home and when I turned on my windshield wipers and and the newly installed passenger side wiper just flew off on to the ground and was damaged. I was informed that I had to send pictures, which I did and could not get replacement for over a week. I could drive in the rain for several days and you could not take my word that this did occur after 4 years of service payments over a what $30 item! That’s a good way to loose a customer. More
