I used to give this dealer 5 stars. Now it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment, and when they do something wrong, they slot you back in weeks later to take care of it. I brought my car in on Monday night for a quick oil change that was supposed to take a couple of hours Tuesday morning. It ended up being available for me to retrieve on Thursday mid-day. Throughout change that was supposed to take a couple of hours Tuesday morning. It ended up being available for me to retrieve on Thursday mid-day. Throughout the process, I attempted to contact Scott multiple times to inquire about the status, but none of my 4 calls were returned (3 on voicemail and 1 hand-delivered from the receptionist). This lack of communication was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I could work around a delay, if there was a good reason (none was offered), but not the total lack of communication. I expect better customer service from your dealership. When I finally got through on my 5th call Scott's only response was that he didn't get any of the messages and a quick "sorry." He didn't appear to have any interest in looking into what had happened or sincere regret about my inconvenience. If this is correct that none of my messages were delivered, then you've got a big problem to look into. I find it hard to believe this is the case since there were multiple modes of delivery. More
