There is a problem after the recall service that was done with the engine cut off' feature that is in built in this car. Called the dealership but have yet to receive a call. I’ve owned many cars over the last 50+ years and have spent hours in countless waiting rooms while my vehicle was serviced while simultaneously contending with numerous techs and service managers of vary spent hours in countless waiting rooms while my vehicle was serviced while simultaneously contending with numerous techs and service managers of varying degrees of competency. My experience with Porsche Atlanta Perimeter was distinctly different. The intake process was smooth and unruffled as my service advisor (SF) explained exactly what would happen and how long it would take. I spent a very comfortable 3 hours in the quiet waiting area working on my laptop and enjoying the services of their on-site barista. The car was ready exactly when predicted, and my service advisor went over future service requirements with me. But apart from the super-smooth and professional service (which I kind of expected from Porsche because, well ... Porsche) there is an infectious excitement among staff I’ve encountered about the Porsche marque. These guys and gals know cars, love cars, and—most importantly—drive cars. Strike up a conversation with any of the staff, and you’ll find them energetically sharing Porsche lore and insight. So, in short, I’ll be back. Full plaudits for top-notch service! More

Probably the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership, and I’ve owned lots of different cars from different makes. Extremely poor communication. I came in for a very minor repair that tu any dealership, and I’ve owned lots of different cars from different makes. Extremely poor communication. I came in for a very minor repair that turned into a 3 month ordeal. The service rep that was assigned to me left the dealership abruptly, and they made no effort to contact me and re-assign me to another service rep until I called weeks later. I basically never got calls back until I forced the issue by calling repeatedly. In summary, they didn’t do a proper diagnostic on the problem, ordered a part that wasn’t needed, and when I showed up the second time to drop of my brand new Macan S (that I purchased at the same dealership), they didn’t have a loaner car that they had promised/reserved for me. I had to borrow a friend’s car for over a week! Just a terrible sub par experience. It won’t be my last Porsche but the next one won’t be purchased at Perimeter that’s for sure. More
