The moment I drove onto the grounds, it was spectacular. I was greeted immediately, led to waiting area until my Service Advisor was available. My Porsche was handle with care and was completed as promised. I was greeted immediately, led to waiting area until my Service Advisor was available. My Porsche was handle with care and was completed as promised. My only complaint is that my Porsche was washed as I would expected from a Porsche Dealership. There was still bugs prints still on the hood and front lights, the side rear windows still had water stain and the inside windows was not touched. More

The services needed on my car were not fully explained to me. I was unaware a loaner car was needed until I showed up. Even after returning the loaner car my assign service person didn’t make any effort t me. I was unaware a loaner car was needed until I showed up. At drop off service person did nice job trying to fix what happened, and did an excellent job mitigating what had happened. More
