My sales experience in Greenwich was a stark contrast. Patrizio promptly returned my call, I came down and test drove and purchased same day with zero issues. The price was very competitive. They really went the extra mile even though the Cayenne turbo I purchased was most likely one of the lowest priced vehicles on the lot. Patrizio will be the first I contact when I get enough garage space for a 911! More

However, as Rich did most of the heavy lifting, he clearly gets the gold star for his efforts. Rich always listened patiently to my questions and took me through a comprehensive answer. It wasn't really a sales process; it was more an education process. With his approach and his actions, he earned my trust. He was (and remains) extremely responsive when I email or call with new questions and is also fun to work with. I had a great experience with Rich and the team. By the way, the car is fantastic! In the end, a beautiful 2014 Cayman S was just traded in with barely any miles on it. New Country put a great deal together for me and I am very happy with the transaction.
