I just purchased my first Porsche ever a 2017 Boxster S, I bought from Porsche Riverside CA, actually I bought from Austin Day, from the time I made the inquiry about the car online until Austin handled ov I bought from Porsche Riverside CA, actually I bought from Austin Day, from the time I made the inquiry about the car online until Austin handled over the key to me the experience was nothing short of an excellent service. Look, shortly after I inquired about the car Austin contacted me just to let me know if I had any questions you know the basic courtesy call, after a couple email exchanges and I got this personalized video of my future car that totally knocked me of my feet I though was the coolest thing. I made an appointment to see the car ( lots of restrictions now with COVID ) Austin was friendly, respectful, professional and supper knowledgeable not only with Porsches but in cars in general (we had a good conversation about old cars.) What I enjoyed was the fact the whole dealership has this aura of calm (I’m sure it’s not) but if even if it’s not it does not overflow into the show room, another thing Austin wasn’t “pushy” by been experienced he doesn’t have to be which makes the whole buying thing more pleasant, Austin it’s friendly and personable, I had a great time buying the car and I’m the first to admit I’m not an easy buyer. Overall the Dealership gets a 10 from me, which it is totally a reflection of the leadership, (everything starts at the top) the training, the mind set, and truly the concept of “at your service” means for the long run. I would definitely purchase another car from Porsche Riverside and look forward in bringing my car in for service. More
