After all it is Walter's family, which has a good history. Let me just say, Taylor Ferguson is one of the most professional individuals that I have ever dealt with in any large purchase our family had made. I let him know that I was shopping for my wife, and she especially doesn't like dealing with car dealerships and more importantly car sales folks. We did everything remotely, and I asked him, when I send her up there, please make sure she is in and out. When Debbi left, she stated that Taylor helped curve her opinion on typical car sales people. Thank you for making this seemless and we would highly recommend Walter's Porsche and Taylor Ferguson. Truly best car buying experience to date Living in LA, I was initially hesitant to drive all the way to Riverside. But, Porsche Riverside had a car with the exact features that I was looking Living in LA, I was initially hesitant to drive all the way to Riverside. Given the current Covid lockdown, I also wasn't sure about buying a car in person even though I really wanted to test drive the car. Overall, this was the best act buying experience that I've ever had. The dealership ensured that my wife and I felt safe and JB (the salesperson assisting us) was absolutely tremendous. JB was knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful of any concerns and made the negotiation process extremely smooth and efficient. JB even personally cleaned and wiped down all the surfaces of the car and ensured that it looked beautiful before we drove away with our new car. Our experience with the finance manager was equally fantastic. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are interested in a Porsche. You will not regret it. More
