A great experience. I have purchased many cars over the years. I dreaded going into car lots so much that we would go to lots after-hours, when they were closed, to take I have purchased many cars over the years. Well, after having a weird experience at a lot in Rancho Mirage, CA we sought out dealerships in Riverside. I have to say, meeting Christian Vidal was the best car purchasing experience I could have ever imagined! He was so down to earth, kind, and so knowledgeable. He is personable and sincere. I truly can’t say enough for the experience we had with him. When I left in my brand new Porsche Macan it felt like we were leaving from seeing an old friend. I’m SO HAPPY we stopped in to Walters Riverside Porsche dealership. What a truly different and enjoyable car buying experience it was. Down to earth and easy to deal with, not aloof like every other salesperson I have dealt with at those "other" dealerships (and he's a veteran - thanks for your service, John!). Went out of his way to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase because he's is more focused on customer satisfaction than just making a sale. He even went out of his way to personally deliver the car to my home, which is a 4+ hour drive round trip. I usually never give 5 stars but in this case they were well earned. John and Porsche Riverside are breath of fresh air in the car buying world. More
