A very friendly guy with a lot of knowledge I would definitely recommend him if you have questions about Porsche's in general. Matt Kraft and Adam Avalos were the two associates I dealt with with the actual purchase. It was a long process mainly because it was a busy Saturday. I used to work retail so I know what it is like to have to wait and stagger customers. Anyways, I purchased a CPO Cayman and noticed there was a large scratch that damaged the paint on the passenger door. I looked at previous photos before I purchased it to confirm it was there and was not caused by my doing. I notified Matt and Bob of the incident and my concerns were forwarded to Ed Finley. At that point I had a lot of anxiety as this was not an inexpensive purchase and I was beginning to wonder if that Porsche Experience was just a fantasy. Ed reached out to me and assured me that he would rectify the problem and the botched repair was not representative of the Porsche Experience. I am happy to report that customer satisfaction and customer relationship is a priority here at Porsche Riverside. I look forward to dealing with the Porsche Riverside team more in the future. More
