First Time Porsche Buyer I've had 18 cars in the last 21 years, everything from Honda's to BMW's, so I've been to a ton of different dealerships and have had to deal with one I've had 18 cars in the last 21 years, everything from Honda's to BMW's, so I've been to a ton of different dealerships and have had to deal with one too many sales people. I love cars but I've always hated the part when it came time to go to the dealership...until this time. This was the first time I worked with Porsche and gosh dang it, it was AWESOME! From beginning to end, everything went down smoothly. But specifically I would like to mention Bob McDonald, my sales guy. I've never met another sales person that knew more about a car he was selling. Bob and the staff that assisted me were professional, cordial, and very accommodating. My house is about a little less than 1.5 hours from the dealership, but I would make this trip again when I pick up a new 911 in 3 years. Thanks everyone! More

David Barron Great Job!!! DAVID BARRON my service advisor called me when he came in on Monday and he worked closely with my USAA insurance adjuster. Since I live in Las Vegas DAVID BARRON my service advisor called me when he came in on Monday and he worked closely with my USAA insurance adjuster. Since I live in Las Vegas I had to rely on David to coordinate the damage under my car and and body work. He did all the leg work for me. My car was at your dealership for about a month. David called me every Tuesday and Friday with the status. Next getting an outside body shop to fix my front bumper. Working will USAA so he could sublet out the bumper repair. Letting me know the status of parts coming in to fix my car. He even noticed that I had a clear bra on the front and included this in the repair. THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS DAVID MAKE ME FELL LIKE FAMILY AND THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND IN CONTROL. I had confidence that although I was not on site I had an advocate looking out for my best interests. Great communication skills. Once the car was ready I came over from Las Vegas to pick up the car Thursday ( December 15). David created me and had the car put up on a lift to show me the repairs to the bottom of the car which were extensive (17K). I could tell he really loves his job and takes pride in what he does. He took time to rush answering questions. When I opened the front truck some water fell from the car wash. David ran in side and got a rag to cleanup the water. Great follow up customer service. We were so impressed by the car and the deal that was offered that we ended up buying it. Tony Nguyen, the sales associate, was awesome to deal with....very friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure at all.
