I have use an independent mechanic for years, so I was not happy with having to go back to a dealership. To my surprise, the experience was spectacular. Once I arrived, I met with Mike Barcelona in the service department. He was professional, courteous, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions to help me determine what actions to take. Mike provided a complimentary vehicle for me--A very nice diesel Cayenne. He provided a tour of the facility. He made my experience at this new, state of the art, dealership a very good one. He has just about convinced me to give up my independent mechanic and return to Walter's for future service. I also met new car sales representative, Tim Churchill, along the way. Even though I was not buying a car, he was very informative and helpful to my wife and me, as we looked at cars in the showroom. All in all this was a wonderful experience.
