Without any undue pressure, both Giovanni and John answered questions, spent plenty of time configuring the car, and insuring we were happy with what we decided upon. They went to the trouble of putting cars in the colors we were first considering into both the show room and outside in the sun. They recommended we carefully look at the color (agate blue) both ways, because this particular color can be deceptively different depending on how/where it is viewed. And, indeed, it made all the difference. We did not go with our first choice color. Giovanni (lead of "my" team) and John have been helpful since the purchase in both a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend both of them without reservation. More
