Tim Churchill our sales rep provided great customer service, there was no pressure; he was very articulate in explaining the different features and options. Tim went the extra mile to stop by my house to assist us to program our garage door on his day off. He didn't have to work on his day off but he showed commitment to do anything he can to make the customer happy about their car. Tony Nguyen- EXCELLENT I called Walters Porsche and by luck of the draw, Tony Nyguen answered the call. I was interested in a Porsche listed on Autotrader. I drove up with t I called Walters Porsche and by luck of the draw, Tony Nyguen answered the call. I was interested in a Porsche listed on Autotrader. I drove up with the intention of just listening to the premium Bose surround sound. Tony and I scheduled an appointment and just as promised, Tony had the vehicle up front and ready to drive. Tony's knowledge of Porsche was impressive and he actually listened to my comments. He's a car guy and was very easy and professional to work with. Tony conducted complete instructions on all options/equipment. I turned on the car, turned up the stereo and was hooked/sold/gone. The test drive was a combination of street and highway which is imperative for a high performance car. I purchased the car on the spot. Tony made the process easy and financing was excellent. The only challenge was management's surprisingly low offer on my trade in. I literally drove one mile and received 5K more within 15 minutes.
