Ryan Decaprio and Tim Churchill both went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. I was able to get a fantastic price without all of the hassle other dealerships make you go through. Upon arrival the two cars we were considering were both up front and ready for us to test drive. There was zero pressure and it was the most fun I've ever had buying a car, even my wife who hates the car buying experience was very pleased. Everyone there, the manager (Ed McRae), the finance manger (Jeffery Hudson), and the parts clerk (Richard Dorman) were all simply outstanding and helpful. A week after the deal, Tim even drove out to my house with his family in the car to deliver a check to me so I wouldn't have to drive to the dealership to pick it up WOW! Before I drove off in my new vehicle Giovanni made sure I understood how to work all the features in the vehicle and set my music presets, bluetooth and seat settings before driving off. I spoke with Taylor about the car and my trade (which also came from Walters years ago) and I decided to make the drive to southern California. Taylor was off the day I went in, but Giovanni Bucci took good care of me. Everyone I met from Ed McRae, the GM, to Giovanni and and Jay Baik in finance were great to work with. Once we agreed on a deal Jay made all the paperwork easy and I got a great price on the car I was buying as well as good value for my trade. I thought it was great that Giovanni followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was as I expected. Definitely worth the 400 mile drive each way and I'll be back the next time I need a car. More
