Filomena then took it upon herself to find out my next service appointment, called me a few days later to confirm my needs, then came in to work on her day off, and met me at the time of my appointment. She then came in to work on her day off a second time to assist me in completing the paperwork. Filomena cares about her job, and cares about making her managers and employer look good. Honest, friendly, helpful, open, and low pressure. I'm not a fan of the car-buying process. I may still be shaky from the money spent here, but I got a beautiful car at what I believe was a great deal, and it was a comfortable process. What more can you ask for? More
