I came in from out of state after finding my car on their website. I spoke with Rob Owen the day that I found the car so that he was able to hold it until I could make it into town the following afternoon. R website. Rob was very knowledgeable in dealing with out-of-state customers and was very easy to deal with. He made the purchasing process extremely smooth and was very professional and friendly. I hope to work with him again on my next purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made me very comfortable and welcome. He was also very knowledgeable in all aspects of my vehicle. I was also fortunate to work with Adam Aavalos in the finance department. He made the process very simplified and comfortable as well. He is just an outstanding person overall. Zoey went over the car with me step-by-step and answered an absurd amount of questions that I had. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This was by far the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Every person at the dealership was kind and accommodating, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
