Rob Owen assisted me during pick-up and I was treated like a VIP right from the moment I entered the dealership. All my questions were entertained and I never felt rushed. The young lady at the front desk (regretfully forgot her name) was very nice and graciously went over the Cayenne's controls, set my phone up on the Bluetooth and helped snap a few photos of me with the GTS before I left. Although there were some reciprocal follow ups after the sale, Taylor and Rob delivered. After-sales service speaks volumes. All in all, the whole team was truly professional and made my decision to buy a car on the other side of the country all worthwhile. I highly recommend Porsche Riverside. I recently took my Cayenne in for belt and light replacement. I was quickly greeted by someone and directed to the waiting area. A few minutes later, Michael Barcelona came out and greeted me as wel replacement. I was quickly greeted by someone and directed to the waiting area. I also feel safe to be inside of the building and back inside of my vehicle when it's done because Covid-19 protocol was implemented. The whole experience was excellent.
