I bought a pre owned car under warranty from Porsche that

So I called them and asked to fix it because the car is under warranty. I Sophie to Megan wall myself. She didn’t even wanted to see the car. Her claim was “I don’t know if you replaced it yourself”. Yeah right. I will buy a Porsche seat and replace it myself when it’s under warranty and I can do it for free.
Any way I am going to sue them. It is disappointing that a company like Porsche treating customers this way.

I called several times to obtain my vehicles service history, and they refused to give me the information based on the premise that the vehicle was serviced under the previous owners name. That particular policy would be completely understandable if I were asking for personal information about the previous owner.
However, I only requested historical service information about the vehicle I now own, so that I might properly maintain my car and continue to get the maximum performance and durability that has become synonymous with the Porsche brand. As an authorized Porsche dealership, one would hope that proper and timely maintenance of your car would be encouraged by Porsche of West Palm Beach.
Unfortunately, as illustrated by their refusal to give me service records pertaining to a vehicle that I now own, the proper and accurate maintenance of your car is actually discouraged. Instead they prefer to keep the information for themselves so that they can have you bring the vehicle in and re-charge you for services that have already been performed.
I have left messages with Edward Klaus in the service department, and I haven't heard anything back as of yet. I also spoke with Megan Wall and she stated some nonsensical policy about how service records can only be forwarded to the vehicles's owner. News flash: I am the current owner. Why not account for the fact that used Porsches are sold and traded every day. And as the current owner, I should be entitled to information about my car. I have been a Porsche owner for well over 10 years, and this is totally out of line with the 5 star quality and service that I have come to expect.

A normal test drive soon turned into a new car purchase. Emily is the absolute best Sales Ambassador! She takes her time and makes sure you are confident in your purchase. She works hard to get you the deal you want.
While working with Emily, it is no regular Car Buying Experience. You will laugh, have fun, learn, and enjoy the process. In the end, you will begin a beautiful friendship.
Today, I purchased a Fisker Karma. It’s a beautiful car. It’s such a rare vehicle, and even though it was not a Porsche, I was still treated as if I was purchasing a Porsche.
The sales process did not stop with Emily. Moe, the Sales Manager, and Steve our Finance Manager were fantastic. They are extremely professional and personable. This team does not have only making a buck on there mind, but rather taking care of the customer to make sure they leave satisfied.
Note: This is not our first purchase with Braman Porsche, Emily, Mo, Raj, or Steve. This is our 8th car purchase with this dealership and every time it’s time to get a new car (or in my last couple situations Service -thanks Emily), I always know there is one place to go and one person to see: Emily Friedman at Braman Porsche of West Palm Beach.

Emily Friedman was the most knowledgeable, upbeat “can do anything your heart desires” sales professional I have ever encountered. Eddie Park Bus. Mgr/finance was extremely seasoned & creative in getting my financing approved when we encountered a problem. His great personality, professionalism & ability to defuse a situation that was tense; was so impressive! Emily continued to oversee the process & kept checking back to ensure I was comfortable. She coordinated & followed through by making sure my car was detailed & arranged some training before I drove my car home. She also introduced me to Megan Wall the Service. Mgr. & Olvia Racz; as well as Alan Melnick (brand ambassador) & explained how they were on the team to assist. Tomorrow I have a follow up mtg. w/Emily for some additional training. This is my first Porsce & I think I will become a client for life. I cant say enough great things about the dealership & everyone I encountered. Truly a luxury experience! All the best, Susan
