Here at Potamkin you can expect a very laid back team, everyone working at their own pace, so if you are in a rush because you have to work or do some other activity, you better reschedule your appointment and do it on a day you have plenty of time. My sales agent, I would say one of the best in all the history of Car Buying, his name Carlince Marcelin, showed me around and not until I was happy with what I was seeing we did not go inside for the paperwork. On the paperwork process, I could rate him as FIVE Star service, every single number, every single paper was discussed and we found a middle point where both, the dealer and me agreed.
