Total Team Effort- Just this past Saturday my wife and I took our daughter’s car in for a Warranty Repair. The initial write up was done by our Service Advisor- Santiago. The day of the actual Warranty Repair our Service Advisor- Santiago had an unexpected emergency, so he contacted a Service Team Member- Ara and she stepped in and assisted us without hesitation or delay. My wife & I had our daughter’s vehicle ready for pick up, in record time. This type of Team Work is an example of the Superior Customer Service & Customer Care that is available at Potamkin Hyundai of Miami Lakes.
