I purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra at King Hyundai in Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and explained the problem. The service advisor told me that I had to pay for the key fob reprogramming or I had to take it where I purchased the car. I explained that since the car is in warranty and that I should not have to pay. I'll be contacting King Hyundai and probably driving 45 miles to solve this problem More

Son muy buenos para vender pero no para responder! Mi carro que compre en diciembre se le daño la cámara trasera hace 2 meses! Se demoraron 1 mes para darme cita por garantía, en ese lapso de espera reci carro que compre en diciembre se le daño la cámara trasera hace 2 meses! Se demoraron 1 mes para darme cita por garantía, en ese lapso de espera recibí un choque en la parte baja del carro! Muy bajo y muy suave el choque. Y ahora que lleve mi carro a la cita que se demoraron tanto en dármela están diciendo que no responden porque parece que el choque daño la cámara (cámara que estaba mala más o menos 1 mes antes del choque) debo pagar yo! Por un arreglo que es de ellos. More
