I really liked how they have their coupons online and it was so easy to use when checking in for my car service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming in the waiting area.. The only thing that I had a question about was they said that I got a complementary car wash and basically they just went and dried my car because it still had spots and dirt on it so. I get that it’s a free complementary car wash, but you cannot call that a car wash if it looks like soap was not put into it or it was not actually washed. They rinsed my car and then partially dried it. More

Went in for an oil change, got quoted for an oil change and transmission flush after my car needed it. We agreed. He then calls me and tells me he gave me the wrong quote for the transmission flush and he and transmission flush after my car needed it. We agreed.
