For a quick interaction with Sam Lee, it was nice. Diego was fantastic! His patience and thoroughness with our questions were exemplary. Was not happy I specifically said I did not want to get an oil change at that time and I was told that he was going to look over my extended warranty and said to sign here. Later about 4 hours after said an oil change at that time and I was told that he was going to look over my extended warranty and said to sign here. Later about 4 hours after said my car was ready I was thinking that they put the rubber seals on my car doors but I was wrong I was charge about three hundred and something dollars he did the oil change that I did not want and I told him that I didnt want or have the money to pay that service and he said well you signed the paper. I was so embarrassed and I was lost for words because I did tell Alexander that I didn't want the oil change his voice is extremely low and I kept having him repeat himself I was pussed so my husband ended up paying for the serive that I didnt want so yeah I was not happy with the service and I usually go to ocean of honda they call you before they do any service to the car I didn't receive any call asking if I wanted to proceed with anything. I had the worst experience of my life with this dealer. Carlos Villareal is the name of the person who helped me initially; when I brought my car in, he recommended a repair that cost me $800. When I returned with the car, he told me it was a different issue and that he would have to charge me again. I paid $200 for an estimate, and he assured me—guaranteed—that the problem would definitely be fixed this time. I tried to speak with the manager, but he was always busy and refused to talk to me. Honda Precision: learn that the customer comes first. I advise people not to go to this dealership; I do not recommend it. More
