While you agreed to the resolution - you have made a decision to suddenly forgo it and, pursue a strategy of posting false reviews online. We remain committed to assisting you.

Your response was to fix a recall that you have to fix anyway. You are not responding to the fact your salesman lied about the active recall, that it wasn’t fixed since March when the recall came out, and that you are offering nothing beyond what is your job which is fixing the recall. You have to do that. What about the inconvenience this has caused? What about selling a car under false pretenses? What about the extra mileage and wear and tear on my car driving to you to fix it? You never even offered an apology. So stop. Stop responding until you show some ownership and actually offer a resolution to your mistakes. FYI a fuse that can blow up my engine is not minor when I drive my 8 year old and clients in my car. Stop downplaying and start validating.

Your vehicle has an outstanding recall. We have offered to resolve that recall immediately for you - and, even offered to reimburse your fuel - or, pick up the vehicle from your driveway (leaving you a loaner) and bringing the vehicle back to you when complete. You have opted, apparently, not to allow us to assist. While you seek to post fallacious reviews, we remain committed to actually solving the issue should you decide you would like to resolve it.

Sales manager said the general manager said the salesman picking my car up was not an option after offering it and why would I want the salesman who lied during the whole sales process to drive my car? Wonder if he got in an accident? Whose responsibility and insurance would cover that? Mine. Stop already. Come to me with ownership, sincere apology, and offering more than just gas that will be half empty by the time I drive back to where I live. If you can respond here you can respond to the consumer protection agency where I have filed a complaint and still waiting for your response.

You can keep arguing with me or actually resolve this. It’s not fallacious if it’s true. I have all the documents supporting my case. You just have emails bullying me. You can respond here, then you are more than capable to respond to the consumer protection agency complaint which our mediator asked for you to respond to after your false initial response.

Lying again. Our mediator has asked you to respond and there has yet to be a reply. Stop bullying and start acting like a president of the prestigious dealership you claim to have. If you need me to give an example of how this could have happened and how a president of a company responds to such complaints than I am more than happy to respond with an example letter.
