I would actually rate the service with Zero Stars because my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no work would be performed this day. The staff offered to perform the 90K mile service the next day but I could not adjust my work schedule simply because the service department is incompetent, failed to properly manage their workload, or deliberately overbooked (which resulted in my car not being serviced).
