We also got a fair price on our trade-in. Dalton our sales rep made sure he clearly understood our needs, both for new vehicle features and our financial requirements. The financial end of things was expertly and efficiently handled by Theo, as “delivery” and explanation of the cars features by Neil. All in all a very positive car buying experience. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was there were a few very minor “hiccups” in handling of paperwork, and the showroom is dreary and has definitely seen better days, but in all fairness they are building a brand new facility across the street which supposedly will be ready in May of this year - I’m sure it will be spectacular. More
