Exceeded my expectations I needed to replace my old 2002 Subaru Impreza at the last minute and with the help of sales, I was able to find a wonderful used 2014 Subaru Impreza I needed to replace my old 2002 Subaru Impreza at the last minute and with the help of sales, I was able to find a wonderful used 2014 Subaru Impreza and leave with it later that afternoon. Everything went smoothly, including transferring the registration and insurance over to the 2014 Subaru. The sales rep, Parker Pearlstein, stayed with me the entire time it took and insured I could drive out with what is now my "new" car. More

Outstanding This was my first visit since I purchased my Forester in Sept. 2019. I dealt with Service Advisor Jaime Russo who was excellent she explained everything that would be going on while I was there. I also dealt with Neil Wetmore who tried quite hard to pare my cellphone with the system, but after numerous tries was unsuccessful, he determined that the problem was with my cell. I was sorry to hear that the salesperson who sold me my card has left this dealership. He was great to deal with and I wish him luck wherever he goes. Kudos to management they have a great team in place.👍😀 More

When it came time to replace the car, in Feb. 2020, I knew I wanted another Forester and I wanted it from Premier. I had identified which Forester and Mike was very helpful, as was the whole team. We had one small hitch when we could not take possession of the vehicle when we went to get it (Premier did not have the title yet); we requested a loaner and they provided it (hence the four stars and not five). Overall, we are very happy with our car and the dealership. More
