Disappointment I arrived to pick up my new Subaru however after waiting for several hours I was told it was not able to be released. It was mistakenly registered to I arrived to pick up my new Subaru however after waiting for several hours I was told it was not able to be released. It was mistakenly registered to someone else and DMV was in the process of withdrawing the registration. I asked to speak to the owner , Bob. He was aplogetic however I had already wasted several hours from work and was still without my car. I asked for him to provide a loaner which he did . It was uncertain when the car would be available. The following week it became available and I again had to make the hour trip to the dealer and take off from work. Because of my inconviences, I asked for a back seat cover from the owner , Bob. I would have preferred to hear no however I was asked to complete a positive survey and I would receive it. In other words, I was being bribed. I also received a call several weeks later reminding me to complete a positive survey and I would then get my seat cover. I bought my own seat cover . I was asking for a courtesy given my inconviences. Unfortunately, i was met with this request instead. I do believe mistakes happen however this behavior was much more concerning. I understand surveys are important but this is not acceptable. On another note, Andi was very helpful at pick up and Dalton seemed genuinely concerned when I couldn't pick up the car as initialy promised . More

Happy Easy Purchase I did not expect to be getting a new car as I had bought my Subaru Impreza from Premier not even 4 years ago. A Hummer ran through a stop sign at 50 m I did not expect to be getting a new car as I had bought my Subaru Impreza from Premier not even 4 years ago. A Hummer ran through a stop sign at 50 miles and hour and hit my Impreza totaling it. The collision shop insisted that it was car that saved me and after they had me look at the car to see that where I was sitting in the car - nothing was buckled in or cracked - I am back for a new one. This time I just wanted a car up higher and decided on the Forester. Michael was amazing in helping and showing us the different Foresters. The sport that we drove in was really cool but I opted for the iced silver and am so happy. Everone who helped was amazing. The woman who showed me the features of the car was patient and great. I could not be happier. Not the way that I wanted to get a new car but I am happy to be getting another Subaru. This dealer for the second time is great! More

New Car? No Problem Two weeks ago, I began my search for a new vehicle as I am currently in graduate school to become a teacher. I met with Parker Pearlstein, one of the car sales representatives at Premier Subaru in Branford, and I have to say that he went above and beyond the call of duty! Not only was he friendly and extremely knowledgable about the myriad vehicles I was interested in, but he was particular in only showing me vehicles that were within my price point. I have to admit that I am a very strong-willed individual and quite perspicacious of the "wily ways" that some car salespeople possess, but I was pleasantly surprised with Parker's honest, helpful, and transparent character. When the first vehicle I test drove was sold to another customer, he was quick to accommodate me the following week with a test drive in another car. It was the same model AND year, but just in a different color (which I ended up preferring). Bought the car the same day, and the next morning it was ready for pick-up. If you're looking to buy a new, certified pre-owned, or used vehicle, I highly recommend Premier Subaru in Branford. They truly are quite welcoming, personable, and are equipped with the professional savvy to put you in the car that your heart desires. More
