2nd Subaru Purchased My name is Sue and I just traded in my 2012 Subaru Impreza for the 2019 model. I picked it up last Tuesday. For my 2012 Impreza I financed from Premie My name is Sue and I just traded in my 2012 Subaru Impreza for the 2019 model. I picked it up last Tuesday. For my 2012 Impreza I financed from Premier, my sales person, Barb was the best. Knowing she had retired when I went to the dealership to test drive and possibly trade in my 2012, I wasn't sure what to expect. My sales person I worked with was Ted and he was fabulous. He listened to what I wanted in terms of payments (the most important part!), and got me into the car I wanted with the payments I wanted. The great thing about Ted is that he is honest and friendly. He also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need in terms of upgrades. Knowing my credit wasn't the greatest and I wanted to keep the payments down, I got into a 2019 base model Impreza, and I couldn't be happier. Mike from finance was great about communicating with me prior to delivery, and Neil was great at showing me how to use the newer features of the 2019 Impreza that I didn't have in my old car. And as someone who has known the people from Premier in Branford for quite a while, I even got a few minutes to talk with Bob (owner of the dealership), the day I test drove.
