My friend sent me to Premier - he gave me GOOD advice I was greeted at the door immediately with a warm welcome and after a short wait, I was introduced to Will. Will was a great help. He took his time, was very concerned for my comfort and my own time limits. We quickly pinpointed my needs and just as quickly found not one but two possible solutions. While neither of these used cars was available yet to see, Will promised to contact me as soon as they were. He did this a week or two later even though he had warned me that it could take 3-5 weeks before the cars were ready. The car he showed me was in my price range, looked great, and I bought it. So far, I've only dealt with Wil and the credit department and they've been great. I plan to have Premier service the car, too. More

Terrific experience from beginning to end. I went to buy a Subaru outback that I saw online. Robert introduced himself and made me feel welcome and at home. He was very friendly and informative about the Outback I was interested in. At no time was there any pressure or tactics to make the sale from him, it was all honest and upfront. He was easy to speak to. Theo worked his magic and got everything financed and within my goal of the monthly payments. After everything was finalized I met with Paola who went over the in and outs of the Outback instrument panel ( so many buttons! ). She knew exactly were everything was and what it did, she was incredibly pleasant. She helped me set up my blue tooth for the phone. These three Employees made my shopping experience wonderful and I will recommend this dealership when ever someone I know needs a vehicle. More
