Honored the lifetime powertrain warranty without question. Gave me a loaner and fixed the oil leaks @ 125,00 miles and got me my 2015 Forester back in a reasonable time. Recommended needed repairs which were validated by an independent mechanic. More

My Outback Wilderness Edition was purchased in December 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that is installed on this model. Unfortunately, the fit and finish were not perfect. Cristal oversaw the repair and it did not meet her's or Subaru's satisfaction and it was determined that a whole new bumper had to be installed. Although, I was disappointed to hear this news, Cristal arranged for a loaner car during this time and assured me that the body work and painting would be perfect. It took a little longer than expected but I had the same Outback as a loaner. for the 2 weeks. Cristal, as a generous gesture of customer care had my car fully and beautifully detailed. She went above and beyond in her communication with me. She took a challening situation from a customer perspective and made it a positive out come. My Outback looks terrific! More
